can I write my own pma or trust?

you may attempt to create your own private membership assembly / association, but we do not recommend it. the support we provide after your pma and common law trust are written and are put into use is included in the cost of our services. this includes phone support and law documents.

what is a lawful (common law) trust?
​

simply stated, a lawful (common law) trust is a contractual organization of people that takes control of assets, income, land, money and property (asset). when a trust acquires any asset it is held by the trustee(s) “in trust” for the benefit of the beneficiaries and becomes the property (corpus) of the trust.

what is a private membership assembly / association (pma)?

a private membership assembly (also know as a private membership association or “pma”) is men and woman collectively asserting and standing upon their rights to determine what devices, products, procedures, or services will be used by them to maintain the health of their own body, mind or spirit.

do you teach clients how to write their own documents?
​

no. simply because the knowledge and expertise that we have acquired over the past 30 years cannot be easily taught.
